BiLT Architects is led by Patricia Bittner, LEED AP, a licensed architect in the states of Washington, Ohio and Kentucky.

Uniquely qualified, Patricia has a broad range of experience in domestic and international markets.
Currently located in Cincinnati, Ohio, Patricia is actively participating in the redevelopment of the historic Over The Rhine neighborhood providing architectural design services for residential and commercial clients.
She serves on the board of the non-profit OTR Adopt and previously served a two year term on Cincinnati's Historic Conservation Board. Her work recently earned Bilt Architects a Cincinnati Preservation Association restoration award for the Abigail Apartments in the Pendleton neighborhood of OTR.

Previously Patricia worked with Aedas Vietnam as a Senior Design Architect working on large scale residential and hospitality projects. Prior to Aedas she founded OPA design in Seattle, Washington where she gained recognition for her work in modern sustainable design specializing in multifamily and educational master planning and design. Her work includes Seattle’s first LEED certified townhouse project built in 2007. This project was a 'LEED for homes' pilot project and was later used as a model for green building standards in other municipalities.

Patricia attended the University of Cincinnati's Design, Art, Architecture and Planning program, DAAP and The Southern California Institute of Architecture, SCI-ARC in Los Angeles where she earned her architectural degree.

Other experience includes; Working with The Architects Collaborative in Boston and San Francisco, Coy Howard Artist/Architect in Los Angeles, Arai Jackson and George Suyama Architects in Seattle. She has co-taught architectural design studios at the University of Washington with long time collaborator Andre Bilokur.
